I have been really bad about updating Addison's baby book. I often post things on here, so I can go back and fill them in later. It just works out easier that way.
Addison is currently getting 4 teeth. They have been working their way out for a while, but Wednesday (1/20) I noticed that all 4 were visible now. She now points to her mouth and says "Toofers coming".
She knows her shapes: circle, square, rectangle, oval, octagon, triangle, diamond, crescent, star and heart. She can also draw circles.
She can count. Sort of. She says: 4, 5, 6 and then mixes everything else up.
She is starting to form ideas. She will look into our living room (when the lights are off) and say, "lights off. dark. scared momma". Sometimes her ideas are a little mixed up, but she can usually get across enough for us to decipher what she is saying.
She has an AMAZING memory. When people give her things, she remembers exactly who gave her what. My parents gave her a Dora backpack for her birthday, and when she sees it, she will always say, "Gramma Julie (which actually comes out Jewie) backpack". She does this with almost everthing.
She knows most colors. Although, she will sometimes call things green when they aren't. She knows: red, pink, green, blue, black, white, yellow, orange, purple and grey.
She knows her name and calls everything, "Addison's".
